This is the ice rink at Grand West Casino. It is quite popular, especially around Christmas. It is strange to see people whizz past even though they have lived in a stinking hot country all their lives, and I can’t even stand up on skates

We went on a township tour today. I don’t take too many photos of people but this one stood out to me. Something about the calmness of the township being represented in their faces and postures.

We took James to the bottom station of the Table Mountain cableway to look at the view over Cape Town. I likes this view more and the photo did it justice. The peak is Lion’s Head.

James arrived today, and we went out to Cape Town with Charlotte to a small bar/restaurant called Cafe Vespa. We sat and chatted under Table Mountain and I had to take a photo, even if it is not the greatest shot
